Create a ticket​

To create a ticket visit the following website https://hlbot.net/tickets and click the "add a ticket" button.
Next fill in the ticket with the following details:

  • Title - Shortly describe the problem, include server name
  • Prefered language - Select language you prefer to speak in (Polish or English)
  • Category - Select the category your problem is under
  • Problem description - Describe your problem as accurate as possible
